About the event
This 3 week module an extension of our Certified Sommelier Program, but can be enjoyed on it's own.
In this program, we examine the most exciting brewed drinks.
We taste a large selection of remarkably varied Beers and discuss structure, peak enjoyment and production.
We also discuss the myriad of Sake styles, tasting top examples.
Classes are presented by specialized experts.
